Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Workday HCM (core module) and exposure to other modules such as Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Benefits. While expertise in all modules is not required, the team collectively covers these areas. Acceptable combinations include HCM + Time Tracking, HCM + Benefits, or HCM + Compensation. This role focuses on data audits, governance, documentation, reporting, and process optimization, rather than Workday configuration or functional design. However, previous configuration experience and extended module knowledge are required to provide valuable insights when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data audits, maintain governance standards, and ensure data integrity within Workday.
  • Document HR processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Generate reports and provide analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Optimize HR processes using Workday modules and system capabilities.
  • Support end-users with Workday-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage and improve HR operations.
  • Maintain system documentation and assist in continuous process improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday HCM (core module) and at least one additional module (Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and system documentation.
  • Previous Workday configuration experience.
  • Experience with HR data management or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in HR technology or consulting environments.
  • Extended knowledge of multiple Workday modules beyond the core module.
