Based on a deep understanding of the business, responsible for product design, and capable of writing high-quality requirement documents.



Learn and research the needs of web3 investment users, designing efficient and stable product services.



Responsible for the entire lifecycle of product functionality, including requirement analysis, prototype design, functional testing, deployment, performance assessment, and iteration.



Work closely with the technical, UX, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of product development plans.



Analyze product-related data, including usage patterns, user behavior, and market feedback, to determine optimizations and innovations for product features, adapting to a rapidly changing market environment.

Job Requirements:



More than 5 years of experience in ToC products, with experience in the web3 field preferred.



Strong sense of responsibility, accountable for the product feature lifecycle.



Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities, able to efficiently collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.



Outstanding learning ability, proactive in communicating and acquiring knowledge in the financial sector.



Exceptional problem discovery, problem-solving, and innovation abilities, able to adapt to rapidly changing market environments and demands.



Preference for candidates who can use English as a working language.
