Job Posting: Senior Elite Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote

Recruitment Needs: 5 Positions Available

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment: Formulate and implement the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
  2. Process Optimization: Design and refine the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and high-quality outcomes in all hiring activities.
  3. Diverse Channels: Utilize various recruitment channels—including job boards, social media, and campus outreach—to attract talent across different levels and fields.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment resources to enhance our market reputation.
  5. Data Analysis: Organize and analyze recruitment data, generating reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  6. Interview Support: Assist in the interview communication process and follow-up, as well as develop and implement candidate evaluation programs.
  7. Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, helping to cultivate and retain top talent.

Requirement

Job Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Non-Chinese mainland nationals fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or headhunting, preferably with a well-known company.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with a headhunting background and recruitment resources in the Philippines, Thailand, or Macau are highly desirable.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 30,000-50,000
  • Commission: 8% annual salary commission
