Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support audits and financial reporting processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, may require overtime during month-end close.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ethical integrity.
