1. Participate in the design and development of related features

1. Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience, understanding of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and design patterns in computing.

2. Over two years of backend development experience, with a preference for experience in Golang or willingness to transition from other similar backend languages to Golang.

3. Proficient in Go language, familiar with Go routines, channels, and locks.

4. Familiar with Redis/MQ/caching technologies and principles of mainstream microservice frameworks.

5. Familiar with commonly used microservice architectures.

6. In-depth understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and related knowledge in cloud-native ecosystems. Experience in managing k8s clusters is preferred.

7. Experience in database design development and optimization.

8. Involved in the development of similar systems.

#### Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with knowledge in the financial sector.

2. Familiar with Go performance tuning and memory management.

3. Familiar with AWS cloud services.

4. Ability to independently develop backend front-end applications is preferred.
