Job Description

  • Recruitment database for fast recruitment
  • Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations,
  • Develop a complete company SOP in many aspects
  • Formulate the company's salary standard and payment system
  • Complete other tasks asked by colleagues, can communicate in English, Chinese is a plus
  • Have recruitment database or fast recruitment channels, can quickly recruit the right candidate in a short period of time
  • Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations, can develop a complete company SOP such as attendance and sick leave
  • Able to formulate the company's salary standard and salary payment system
  • Speak English, Chinese is a plus
