Description
- Act as a strategic partner to management to drive HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Implement HR policies and best practices to enhance workforce engagement.
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform decision-making.
- Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and talent management. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, oversee payroll, and facilitate training and development programs.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
