Job Description
- Assist healthcare professionals in patient care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
- Help with activities of daily living, such as feeding and bathing.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support emotional and mental well-being of patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Medical Terminology, IP DRG Coding, Outpatient Coding, and HEDIS. Must have HEDIS Abstractor skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist healthcare professionals, manage patient data, ensure compliance with coding standards, and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential exposure to patients in a clinical setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, compassionate, and excellent communicator.
