We are searching for a compassionate and meticulous individual to become a part of our Home Health Quality Assurance (QA) team. The role of a Home Health QA is vital in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will be to assess, monitor, and improve the quality of clinical services delivered by our Home Health personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular audits of patient charts, care plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives based on identified areas of improvement.

• Provide education and training to staff regarding quality improvement principles, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.

• Review and analyze data related to clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and compliance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the quality of care provided to patients.

• Act as a resource for staff members, providing guidance and support in maintaining quality standards and resolving quality-related issues.

• Home Health experience is a PLUS

• Nursing Graduate (Entry-level/Fresh Grad welcome to apply and preferred)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Monthly Rate: P18,000 starting
