  • Assist in daily operations, customer service, and event coordination.
  • Assist in daily operations of the hospitality department.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
  • Support event planning and coordination activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve service quality.
  • Gain hands-on experience in various hospitality roles.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing their degree.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in work hours, including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, team-oriented, detail-focused, and willing to learn.
