  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Manage employee records, assist in recruitment, process payroll, and maintain financial documents.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll processing.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable tasks.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and financial regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for HR and finance matters.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR and accounting functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, payroll systems, and MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and teamwork-oriented.
