  • Support managers with workforce planning and change management initiatives, adapting the approach based on the needs of different functions and leaders.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, helping managers reinforce company values within a remote-first working environment across geographically dispersed teams.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support effective hiring and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Act as the HR point of contact for onboarding, welcoming new hires, facilitating their integration, and ensuring they have a positive and consistent experience from day one.
  • Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to global HR projects, ensuring they are tailored to local needs and team dynamics.

Performance & Development

  • Drive the performance management process within the business units, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide coaching to people managers on effective leadership practices, employee relations, team dynamics, and how to create high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Promote a culture of performance, continuous learning, and growth.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with company policies, local labour laws, and internal procedures.
  • Support resolution of employee relations cases in collaboration with legal/compliance where needed.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact to employees, providing guidance regarding policies and local entitlements.

Data & Insights

  • Use available HR data and insights to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Provide data to managers and relevant stakeholders to support evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of core HR practices and ability to operate both tactically and strategically, ideally validated by degree in HR but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English (English is the sole business language)
  • 3–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with advisory exposure.
  • Experience working in international companies or multi-country setups, preferably with matrix structures.
  • Multicultural awareness spamming across Europe, Asia, Middle East and USA.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build relationships across cultures and functions.
  • Problem-solving mindset, comfortable with changes and ambiguity, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft suite (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Microsoft Form).
  • Experience with HRIS Oracle is an advantage but not essential.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, resourcefulness, and the ability to resolve issues or propose options without constant escalation.
