Talent Acquisition

• Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.

• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

• Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.

• Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

• Coordinating new hire orientations.


Employee Engagement

• Assisting in the planning of company events.

• Creating of announcements and content posts

• Filing of 201 files. Updating internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.

• Other office management support


Job Types: OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Requirements

  • Educational background: Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, and other related courses
  • Technical skills required: Proficient in using Google platforms (sheets, docs, slides) and Video-conferencing Tools (Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Other behavioral skills required: Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail
