Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Supervisor/Project Coordinator to manage and oversee the deployment, performance, and compliance of contracted manpower across various client sites. The Project Supervisor/Project Coordinator will serve as the key liaison between the company, the client, and deployed workers, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and adherence to labor standards and service agreements.

Job Summary:

As Project Supervisor/Project Coordinator, you are expected to manage and foster a positive relationship between employees and the company. This role focuses on addressing employee and client concerns, managing employee attendance, conducting annual trainings, ensuring compliance with company policies, issuing corrective actions, processing employee exit, and promoting a healthy workplace environment. You will act as a key point of contact for client and employee concerns, help resolve disputes, and provide guidance on workplace matters to both employees and management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, ensuring timely, fair, and policy-compliant resolutions. Lead investigations on workplace issues and ensure consistent disciplinary actions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth employee coordination and communication.
  • Onboarding & Off boarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process: employment contracts, tools issuance (laptops, IDs), orientation sessions, and client endorsement. Facilitate smooth off boarding including clearances, final pay, and return of company property. Handle issuance of employment documents (COEs, ITRs, loan forms, etc.), employee status changes (salary adjustments, reassignments), and internal memos on process or policy updates.
  • Training & Development: Organize and deliver key training programs (e.g., Business Conduct, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, OSH) including annual refreshers and re-orientations.
  • Employee Management: Conduct employee surveys, exit interviews, and suggest improvements to boost retention and satisfaction. Manage employee attendance reporting: consolidate logs, resolve discrepancies, and submit reports to clients and accounting. Provide payslip access and respond to payroll concerns.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Assist Account Officers in disbursing cash for new hires without payroll accounts and ensure timely support for any employee-related administrative needs.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or operations, preferably in a supervisory or client-facing role.
  • Experience handling onboarding, conflict resolution, and HR documentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is a PLUS.
