We are seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The role is responsible for supervising HR staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting all facets of HR including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and HR policy implementation.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the HR team in carrying out day-to-day HR operations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Ensure accurate administration of payroll, timekeeping, and employee benefits.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor performance management processes and support training & development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and recommend improvements to HR systems and processes.
  • Foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.) to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to management in workforce planning and organizational development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of solid HR experience (HR Generalist or HR Supervisor), with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training.
  • Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
