Description

  • Supervise HR staff and oversee the day-to-day HR operations.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
  • Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and coaching.
  • Develop and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and company events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
