Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily HR operations reporting directly to the HR Manager

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

· Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

· Coordinate training and development programs for staff

· Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration

· Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and engagement

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Non Negotiable at least 5 years of experience in HR management or supervision; experience in payroll preparation and employee relations, records management,

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Experience in employee training and development programs

· Matured disposition (at least thirty years old) strong ethical values and dependable
