Description
- Handle recruitment and onboarding for rank-and-file and supervisory positions.
- Administer employee records, timekeeping, and benefits.
- Oversee employee relations and support discipline procedures.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR initiatives, training, and employee engagement.
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willing to work in Caloocan initially and be deployed to Bulacan as needed.
