Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and contracts
Process payroll, leave management, government contributions and benefits, in coordination with finance
Support performance review cycles and employee feedback
Ensure compliance labor laws and company policies
Handle employee relations, support team well-being and come up with developmental activities
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Manage document physical and digital filing and records
Maintain office supplies, cleanliness and a professional working environment
Support basic bookkeeping and reporting, if needed

Graduate of any 4-year course
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
1-3 working experience.
At least 2 years experience in HR and administrative roles
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR tools
Discretion, honesty and confidentiality are essential
