Description
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support performance management and appraisal systems.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Address employee queries and concerns.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of labor laws.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, with occasional overtime during recruitment periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
