- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, mediation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and knowledge of compensation and benefits.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee relations, facilitate training and development, ensure legal compliance, and assist in strategic HR planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
