- Address employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Administer employeebenefits program, handling payroll, and managing compensation
- Maintain accurate employee records and managing HRIS data
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proven experience as HR Generalist
- Handled payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge in HR software and system
- Willing to start ASAP
