Description

  • Handles a wide range of HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and admin support.
  • Focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions.
  • Aligns HR strategies with business goals, working closely with department heads.
  • Designs and manages salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits programs.
  • Plans and delivers training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
  • Resolves workplace conflicts, promotes engagement, and ensures fair treatment.
  • Ensures company policies align with DOLE regulations and labor laws.
  • Manages Human Resource Information Systems and data analytics for HR decision-making.
  • Leads initiatives to improve company structure, culture, and performance.
  • Supports the hiring process by scheduling interviews, managing job boards, and tracking applicants
  • Must be a graduate of BSBA Human Resource Management, Psychology or any other related course
  • Have at least 1yr experience in HR Roles
  • Strong and proactive personality
  • Clear verbal and written skills 
  • Conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting workplace harmony
  • Familiarity with DOLE regulations, employment contracts, and disciplinary procedures
  • Managing records, schedules, and compliance documentation efficiently
