We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in managing and improving our people operations. This role touches all aspects of HR— from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.


  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices,
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases,
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives,
  • Assist in performance management processes and feedback cycles,
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experience.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR tools or systems is a plus
