Job Description
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews
- Support employee onboarding and training programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Facilitate performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries and employee relations
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS, and knowledge of labor laws.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and maintaining HR records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and able to handle confidential information.
