Description

  • Handles employee relations concerns
  • Provides assistance in Recruitment, facilitates testing and screening of applicants
  • Maintains database of pool applicants and keep files of screened and qualified applicants for future reference
  • Provides assistance in Timekeeping and Record Management – often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Provides assistance in monitoring employees' performance evaluation for periodic appraisal and/or recommendations
  • Prepares and issues Certifications i.e. Certificate of Employment, etc.
  • Helps organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and off boarding
  • Adheres to and helps enforce all policies and procedures set forth by the Company Provides support in the implementation of HR policies of the company
  • Provides office support services to ensure efficiency
  • Action other tasks or duties due to business exigencies or as deemed necessary by Management to achieve business goals
