Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internships in HR preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, talent management, and social recruitment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment process, present to candidates, support talent acquisition, and aid leadership development.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 hours, may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
