  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.

Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

- Skills and Competencies: Strong people management, recruitment expertise, computer literacy, training development, and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, facilitate training programs, support performance management, and assist in organizational development initiatives.

- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, may involve occasional overtime.
