Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and surveys.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations, recruiting, and people management skills; attention to detail; effective training and development capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve occasional overtime or remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, proactive, organized, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
