Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Support onboarding procedures for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internship experience in HR preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS systems, effective communication, and employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
