Description
- Assist in recruitment: post job ads, process applications, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and handle hiring documents..
- Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring
- Assists in employee programs and company events
- Answer employee questions about clearance, employment status, timekeeping, recruitment, and other concerns.
- Keep and update employee records (201 files) and database.
- Prepare HR reports and documents as needed by management.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
- Monitor and request company uniforms.
- Help plan and organize employee activities and company events such as Christmas party.
- Prepare employee documents such as certificates and clearances.
- Assist in performance evaluations, salary/benefits reviews, employee relations, and other HR programs.
- Preparing of NTE.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Willing to assigned in Mandaue, Cebu
