The HR Coordinator or Account Coordinator is responsible for handling the cut-off and recording of staff time-ins and time-outs, checking attachment forms, and uploading biometric data. They also monitor the manpower within the hotel area.

Part of their work includes counseling the staff under their supervision and regularly communicating with department heads, particularly the HR Department, Finance, and Hotel Managers.

Another key role of the coordinator is to source and recruit the manpower needed by the hotel.
