Description

We're looking for a dynamic senior HR Executive to drive people operations and provide high-level support to the CEO in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:


  • HR & People Operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both local and regional hires.
  • Oversee on-boarding, employment contracts, HR documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support performance management cycles, including bonus frameworks and promotion processes.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, retention strategies, and implement HR policies.
  • Serve as the liaison with shared HR (Iris) for payroll, compliance, and factory workforce matters.
  • CEO Office & Executive Support
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document handling.
  • Coordinate business travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, meetings, and itineraries across Singapore and China.
  • Prepare briefing materials including presentations, reports, and contracts for CEO meetings.
  • Attend meetings alongside the CEO, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive matters with discretion, including legal and investor-related materials.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and department leads across Brand, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance.
  • Monitor OKRs and project progress on behalf of the CEO, identifying risks and delays.
  • Assist in preparing board and investor reports, as well as strategic documentation.
  • 3–6 years HR/EA experience in FMCG/startup growth environment.
  • Skilled in recruitment, HR processes, and employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Bilingual (English +Mandarin/Malay) — able to support regional expansion (SEA +China).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with fast-moving CEO demands.
  • Willing to travel frequently (SG & China).
