Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and resolve HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Suitable for Fresh Graduates
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong written and verbal communication, excellent attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, adaptability, a proactive approach, and a commitment to confidentiality.
