Employee Engagement:
- Program Development & Management: Designing, preparing, planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events and activities (e.g., RTO activities, Year End Party, Team Building, Recognition Programs, etc.)
- Feedback & Analysis: Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, analyze results and help develop action plans to address feedback and improve the employee experience through post-event evaluations.
- Culture & Morale: Champion company culture and values, serving as a point of contact for employees and helping to resolve issues that may impact morale.
Internal Communication:
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and distribute compelling internal communications, including company-wide announcements, newsletters, policy updates, and reports.
- Channel Management: Manage various internal communication channels
- Reporting: Create and maintain reports on communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics.
- Brand Voice: Ensure all internal communications align with the company's branding and values.
Training and Development:
- Organize and/or coordinate soft-skills training workshops, seminars, or online courses
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, particularly in employee engagement and internal communications.
Supplier & Logistics Management:
- Coordination with various company suppliers and service providers.
- Creation and maintenance of masterlist for each supplier category (e.g., HMO, group life insurance, background check services).
- Preparation and processing of payment requests for suppliers.
- Source suppliers for events or additional service requirements as needed.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
Should the workload of the HR team ramp up, you may be tapped to assist with the following broader HR functions:
Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization including but not limited to background check and Pre-employment Medical Exams coordination
Performance, Training, & Compensation:
- Performance Management: Assist with performance management systems by helping conduct performance reviews, set goals, and identify training needs.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills, including organizing soft-skills workshops, seminars, or coaching programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with government forms (e.g., SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR) and ensure compliance with medical examination and background check requirements.
Data Encoding:
- Generating employee ID numbers and production of physical ID cards
- Creation of employee's system access credentials for required applications
- Creation of enrollment list for employees to be enrolled into the company's HMO Healthcare Insurance Membership and company's group Life Insurance Membership
- Compiling annual physical exam participant lists.
General HR Support
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in an HR role with a focus on employee engagement and internal communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- With experience using tools such as Canva, Photoshop or other similar design software.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH), Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM
- Residing within Metro Manila, preferably Makati City.
