Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening applicants.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
