The HR Assistant is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and supporting talent management, timekeeping, employee relations, and organizational development.

- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Compliance & Labor Law Adherence
- Timekeeping
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
