Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement employee discipline processes, including investigation, documentation, and reporting
2. Interpret and assist in the implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct
3. Coordinate and support training activities (budgeting, logistics, coordination with providers, evaluation, and documentation)
4. Maintain and manage HR records and documentation
5. Support compliance with ISO Quality Management System and information security policies
6. Participate in departmental programs, reviews, meetings, and company events
Qualifications:
1. At least 6 months of experience in Employee Relations and Training Coordination
2. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor standards
3. Experience in preparing reports, memos, and disciplinary documentation
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
5. Willing to work on-site and support company events and activities
6. Available for a 6-month contractual role
7. Preferably residing near Cubao, QC
8. Willing to start ASAP
