Recruitment Management: 1. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews. Key positions include TikTok Hosts, Operators, KOL Operations Specialists, Content Operations Specialists, and others. 2. Collaborate with department heads to define recruitment requirements and ensure an efficient, seamless process. Human Resources Management: 1. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, probation completion, and internal transfers. 2. Manage attendance tracking, leave requests, and expense reimbursements. 3. Accurately calculate and process payroll in a timely manner. Administrative Support: 1. Manage daily office administration, including procurement of office supplies and maintenance of equipment. 2. Maintain the office environment and ensure all facilities function properly. Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating business negotiations, meetings, and other company events. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. 2. 1–2 years of HR and administrative experience; experience in English-Chinese translation preferred. 3. Prior recruitment experience for TikTok, MCN agencies, or live-stream hosts preferred; having an existing talent pool is a plus. 4. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
