Payroll Processing:

• Accurately calculate and process employee wages, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
• Prepare and distribute payroll statements to employees.
• Manage direct deposit and other payment methods.

Benefits Administration:

• Process and administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to benefits.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and other related inquiries.
• Reporting and Compliance:
• Prepare and file required payroll and benefits reports with government agencies, including tax filings and annual reports.
• Validate data and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Employee Support:

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate payments.
• Communicate effectively with employees and other departments.

Other Duties:

• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and related regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
