Job Description
- Manage employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Support HR policies, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and facilitate employee feedback processes.
- Collaborate with management to improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Guide workplace policies and legislative compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of employment laws.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in resolving employee grievances, support HR policies, and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: A proactive attitude, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
