What You’ll Do:

1. Responsible for the entire recruitment process from candidate screening to interviews, ensuring timely information transfer and expanding diverse recruitment channels.
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial communication and interviews with candidates, and evaluate their fit for the job requirements.
3. Organize and coordinate the entire interview process, communicate with relevant department heads, arrange interview times, and ensure smooth interview execution.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for degrees in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the fintech or Web3 sectors.
3. Strong communication skills, organizational coordination abilities, and a spirit of teamwork.
4. Familiarity with the recruitment process, with excellent interviewing skills and talent assessment capabilities.
5. A keen insight into the market talent landscape and the ability to respond flexibly to recruitment challenges.
