- Manage and maintain employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process employee separations, including clearance, exit interviews, and preparation of final documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to complete offboarding requirements.
- Generate HRIS reports and provide data support for HR-related decisions.
- Support HR team in ensuring smooth transitions during employee offboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to HRIS and/or offboarding processes and other HR admin tasks
- Knowledge of HR systems, employee records management, and labor compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
- Willing to be assigned in Parañaque area
