Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and screening resumes.
- Maintain employee records and documentation for compliance.
- Support HR initiatives, such as onboarding and training programs.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles focusing on recruiting and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support recruiting efforts, manage employee relations, assist in payroll processing, and administer benefits.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse teams.
