  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and providing necessary training materials.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and help implement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.


  • 30 to 40 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • with solid experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
  • Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
