Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS or BA Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources
  • Knowledgeable with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition activities.
  • To conduct background check on new hires.
  • Calling of successful applicant and scheduling of their requirements submission.
  • To receive requirements of applicants and check on the submitted documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of examination materials.
  • Coordination of schedule with applicants thru texting and calling - Examination and Sectional Interview.
  • Coordination of schedule with applicants thru texting and calling - New Hire Orientation
  • Assist in the checking exam.
  • Assist in the job fairs
  • Checking of applicants in the database prior to actual invitation for exam.
  • Assist in encoding in the recruitment database.
  • Assist other activities/projects that may arise - Agency Biometrics Registration, etc.
