Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Supervisor to lead and support our growing HR team. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. If you're a strategic leader with a passion for people, process, and performance, this opportunity is for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Lead a team of HR professionals in delivering core HR services
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
- Partner with management to support workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Handle employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a full-spectrum HR role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
