Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resource Officer role located in Iloilo. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

• Employee Relations: Serve as the go-to HR contact, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair policy application.

• Performance Management: Develop performance systems and support evaluations and feedback.

• Training & Development: Identify training needs and support employee development

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure legal compliance, manage records, and prepare reports.

• Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and communicate changes.

• Employee Communication: Provide guidance and conduct educational workshops on HR matters.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Proven experience in all HR facets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
