Description

Greentree Food Solutions, Inc. (GFS), a subunit of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the food or service industry, and will be responsible for driving employee engagement, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering healthy employee relations. Experience in a fast-paced operational environment is a distinct advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on hiring operational and frontline staff for food industry roles (e.g., kitchen staff, service crew, supervisors).
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, referrals, and partnerships with schools or training institutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and support manpower planning with department heads.


Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive programs that enhance employee morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Manage internal communications and employee recognition programs.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to support salary structuring and adjustments.


Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues and concerns.
  • Address grievances, manage conflict resolution, and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of policies and procedures in line with labor regulations.


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards.
  • Support audits and reporting related to HR and administrative processes.


Administrative Management

  • Supervise office and facility operations, including procurement and supplies.
  • Coordinate with service providers and manage vendor relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year experience in leadership role.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, especially for roles in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Solid background in employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and labor relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced, operational setting.
