Position Title: HR Manager - People & Culture

Location: Hybrid (Pasig)

HR Strategy Implementation:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Support the HR Head in translating strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.


Team Leadership and HR Operations Management:

  • Supervise and guide the HR Officers in the functional areas of recruitment and onboarding, engagement, and performance management
  • Ensure all HR operations are efficiently running, compliant with regulations, and aligned with best practices.


Project Management:

  • Lead HR projects, from process improvements to the rollout of new HR systems, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation.

Change Management:

  • Drive the adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives within HR and across the organization.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and manage resistance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and team members, to ensure HR initiatives meet organizational needs.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to assess HR needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on ongoing projects.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor HR KPIs and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Report regularly to the HR Head on operational performance, project progress, and key HR initiatives.
